“Fiercely intimate; your images draw me in, and into myself as well.”

Photography Galleries

The photographs in these galleries were taken with a Nikon D300 or D7100 digital camera. The digital negative files were then processed with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, and printed with a Lightjet Printer on Fuji "C" archival paper. Photographs are minimally altered, just as if they were worked on in a darkroom. They are not digital composites; what you see is what I saw.

What people are saying:

“For the last several years, I worked in science museums where I managed traveling exhibitions, including photo exhibitions.  As you might imagine, in this role I had the opportunity to enjoy literally hundreds of exhibitions, either at my own museum, or in previewing exhibitions online, in catalogs, and at other museums.
There have been very few exhibitions that have moved me in the way your exhibition has.  All of the images beautifully capture both the fluid tranquility and the majestic elegance of life at the water's edge. I spend a part of each week for few moments of meditation in front of them. Thank you for your expressions of beauty; I have found your work deeply meaningful.”  - Libby, Graduate Student

“A photograph is neither taken nor seized by force. It offers itself up. It is the photo that takes you. One must not take photos.”
